Amore is a wedding décor and event styling company specializing in the design of a wedding and special event décor services. 

2. Services

All services provided by Amore are subject to availability and a mutually agreed-upon service contract. Service details, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual proposals and agreements.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • A signed agreement and deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Payment schedules will be specified in your service agreement.

  • Final payment must be received by the agreed due date.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

  • Refund eligibility will be determined according to the terms outlined in the client's contract.

  • Amore reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event information.

  • Ensure access to the event venue as required.

  • Obtain any necessary venue approvals or permits.

  • Communicate changes in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and branding materials - is the property of Amore and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.​

7. Photography and Marketing 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Amore may use photographs of completed décor installations and event setups for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. ​

Amor shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, damages or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, supplier issues, or acts of force majeure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amore's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

9. Website Use
